WANTED: 36" Hydro walk behind/ NE PA

I'm in the burbs NE of Philly. (Bucks County)

I'm looking to come across a low mileage 36" -40" hydro walk behind. Preferably with a floating deck. IE: Gravely, Exmark w/ecs, Ferris, etc...

Super low mileage belt drive would be acceptable $$ dependent.

Chinese knock-off's need not apply.

Price must be fair. I'm not looking to get replies for near retail on machines with high mileage. I think you can understand what I'm asking for.

A fair deal for a good mower is all I ask. I'm not going to be using this comercially.

Preferably close enough I can see/ run it before completing the deal.
