I use tall fescue seed. Its a brand called Revolution. I pay about $70.00 for a 50LB bag.

For just a reg bag of fert from Lesco, we will say what I use in the fall I pay about $22.00 for a 50 LB bag.

I get my seed from a local store called Merriam Feed who gets it from some farm in Missouri and my fert from Lesco.

How much product do you need to buy? Your best bet is to hook up with a supplier, ask around (other LCO's, Farm Service, etc.) Ag chemicals are not going to be the exact same thing as turf but these sources can at least point you in the right direction.
If you have a lot of properties to apply to you'll be spending to much for product through any retail outlet such as Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
