You might try some local printers, other than the big commercial ones. I called one awhile back for black print on green paper. It was $510 for 30,000.....which comes out to .017 cents each. I know it was cheaper for the quanity, but you still might check around.

If you are just printing a few then I would say your own printer. We sometimes print stuff that are 50 - 100 copies. Usually we will take it to have it printed at Staples/OfficeMax. If you are talking very large orders I would say use a printing company. JMO.
