Wear plastic

I'm going to call my dealer but I wanted to post here too. When I cut all the way up(4-5in.) mulching thick leaves on my 24/52 SMZ,the belt jumps down to the outer edge of the tension adjustment pulley and rubs on the wear plastic. I tightened the chain and it still jumps down to the edge of the pulley. Any ideas?

The deck may need to be re-pitched.
Did you talk to your dealer yet?

Plastic problem

I'm at my dealer in LaGrange, GA. ( Duddley's outdoors, 706-885-0999)

From what we can tell the wear plastic is loose and has too much movement in it. He's going to install new idler guide and pulley to correct the problem. I hope it works.

Also, Duddley has great prices on new mowers. Give him a call.

You have a great dealer there, I am glad he is taking care of you.
