Cub Cadet ZTR at Home Depot

What are your thoughts on the Cub Cadet ZTR at Home Depot?

http://www.homedepot.com/prel80/HDUS...glm.0&MID=9876

I own a property management business and I decided to offer landscaping to the public since I do it for the properties I manage. I got 15 commercial accounts (banks) most have one small strip of grass, but a few a pretty big. As of this minute I can only afford one lawnmower. Do I go with the ZTR Cub Cadet and buy the extended warrenty, or buy a 48" Ferris belt drive walk behind for the same price.

Thanks for any advice!

Sure, buy the extended warranty.. waste even more money. No Warranty is going to be valid as you will be using it for commercial use.. people..

Thanks for your wise A$$ response,

I asked a question because I wasn't sure, I have zero landscaping experience. I see a Cub Cadet ZTR for $5000 at

http://www.cubcadetcommercial.com/we...85856_33803_-1

I wasn't sure the difference between the 3k and the 5k, or to get a walk behind. I heard ZTR save a ton of time.

i looked at these one time to get me by for a season or 2 but . the best thing you can do is go to a service center or warranty center for them and look at how many of them are there for repair .also if you see one with the deck off you can realy see what they are made of. it will make you turn around and never go back.

Thanks! Based on my search results, I'll stay away. I guess I will look around but in the commercial area. I would rather pay and have it last, then buy crap.

Good choice. Get a big (52'' or 48'') walk behind ZTR with a velke. My exmark has lasted me 4.5+ years, and Im not one thats amazing with my service schedule. You can find a used one (about a year old) for under 4500 normally.

I don't understand you guys. If you see a post that has an obvious subject line and you know it has been discussed before, why open it up, read it, and comment with a wise remark? It's that time of year and new guys will post with questions asked before. Everybody was new at one time or another. If all of the questions were answered, the board would be shut down. If you don't like a post, stay away from it.
