That's nice!!!
The wheels should be powdercoated. You'll have to dismount the tires, but that's the way to go. I have a guy up here who powdercoats insanely cheap. I have had him do a bunch of trim on a car I am restoring. There is a garage around the corner that will probably charge $20 a rim to mount the tires again.

bed liner
Nice looking truck would love to have that...
Dont mess with a paint in bed liner. In both my trucks now i've put in plastic liners which are used in the big dumps. The guy that i work for just put it in all of his trucks. The thing are great nothing stick to them and u wont dent up your bed. You only have to raise the bed half way and material slides right out. Ill try to find info for you.

Them painted rims look good. Either paint up or get the chrome simulators. My vote goes to the simulators.JMO Truck looks nice. Want something like that but want a landscaper dump.

Powder coated wheels look like crap. Go with some simulators off ebay. You can get some for about $200. I have silulators for all 3 of my dual wheel trucks.
It is amazing what they do for the appearance of your truck. How much did installation cost you on your dump bed? Reason I ask is because I just got a 6 ton hoist kit put on my dodge 3500 last week. I can't wait to take a dump!!!
