Tip for flyers and doorhangers

This a million dollar idea and should sell it but your all good people here soo...
I have 30 accounts in a certain neighborhood and im looking to expand this year, but still keep the route tight. Wll i went to google local, found the satalite image and searched for nearby neighborhoods that had ideal size lawns and close houses. I found about 1000 potential houses in a 1 mile from my current accounts and it beats driving around aimlessly looking for good neighborhoods.

Ive been doing that already. I use google earth and find where there are neighborhoods at. You still cant tell if its a nice neighborhood or not though.

Another thing I do to build my own mail list is to use my local County Assessor's web site. I can do both Parcel Appraisal Summary surch (with Internet Mapping Application) and or county treasure parcel tax info surch. The mapping surch is nice because I can view areas that are near my service area and then click the parcel to find out who ownes it, the mailing address, how much the paid for it, picture of the property, property lines, etc.
