Most $ residential property you cut?

I just picked up one for $115 for 3 acres near me. Its some work but a lot of it is open area too, will be quite easy with the 61" mower

$38.00 bucks a acre sounds cheap not much trimming.

85 a cut and it is only a total of 8300 sq ft. takes me longer to trim than edge. I have a bid out on one that I feel I bid to low. 2 acres for 120 a cut. maybe 15 min of trim work.

We have one that is about 8,000sft and we get $575 month. There is a lot of blowing and it is on the side of a hill. Our $ pet cut lawn is about 3 acres with a lot of trimming for $200.

$50 a cut on a couple of res but commercial is another story i have 2 that i get 175.00 a cut on and that only includes mow , blow and string trimming , they do the rest in house each one takes about 3 hrs from time i pull up till iam pulling out of lot.

$275 per cut is the biggest residential,if we work that's me and my wife 2 and a half hours.

1200 a week we mow it tuesday and friday. They also want it done with a 1962 60 inch lock mower.

Must be nice, people would fall over in this area if you gave them a price like that.
