Help Me! Please

i was just wondering what to charge a homeowner that wants two weeping cherry trees. the wholesale is 150.00 i get them for 118.00. i asked a friend and he said sell them to her at wholesale plus 100.00 for the planting each and guarantee them for one year. the 150.00 will cover the cost of the tree if you have to replace them. i just thought i would ask you guys and get some more opinions about it. so please let me know what you think about this pricing.

Sounds like good advise. Just make sure you plant them correctly and after a year you walk away with the extra money.

Sell them to her RETAIL and charge $150 or more(depending on size) for planting each one.
Locally,I get weeping Jap Maples wholesale.I sell them retail for $495 plus $150 installation costs. Why on earth would you want to give a customer wholesale prices? No other industry would even think of such a thing. Now,if you guarantee it,you can replace each one 5 times before you lose money.
