Pricing this Job Per Month (located in FL)

I took some pictures with a new cam but unforturneately I ran out of space and I didn't know it so all the pics I tried to take aren't there. I'll still post these for now though. The services they want are

1. Mow/Edge/Line Trim/Blow
2. Weeding/dressing of beds
3. Pruning of Trees/Shrubs
4. Fertilization

Additional services when needed such as mulching, flower planting, etc.

Side notes- The pic where the telephone poles are splitting the turf area is of importance because I only have to mow the side closest to the shrubs. The city takes care of the other side. There are five of those islands total along the front of the property all about the same size. I haven't posted pics before so hopefully this works out. Thanks for the help.

Right next to clearwater airport huh? Tough to tell how large that is but you should atleast get 1200/month for all of that stuff.

Thanks

I didn't measure it I probably should. I'm guessing around a thousand feet or so long. It has 5 of those islands in the front with an entrance road dividing them up if that helps at all. Also they'll be paying for the cost of fertilizer/materials with their own CC I'll just have to pick it up forgot to mention that.

First of all, no G'damn way would I let a customer pay for the fertilizer...EVER. I don't want my customers knowing how much I pay for any of my materials. First they will say, oh, it only costs you $20 and you are charging me $250 yada yada yada. I would NOT let that happen.

Oh and as for price, based on the size of the area to mow (pretty straight forward) and assuming you have a riding mower or a large WB, I would price that out at no more than $550 per month PLUS fertilizer.

Ok

I see your point about the fertilizer but the ops manager who I know is familar with the price of fertilizer etc. Hes a handyman with irrigation exp so it wont really matter. Now the president of the company might not have a clue but he does and hes the one I'll be dealing with. As far as being pretty straight forward to cut it is for those 5 islands which a large mower can be used. If you look at the first pics though you'll see only a 32" walk behind will be productive in a lot of the smaller islands. One more thing did you mean $550 only for the mowing? What about weeding/pruning etc? Thanks for the input.

Lawnmaniac can you give me an example of how you would break down the services by price if you get a chance. If anyone wants to that would be helpful or just a total bid works too thanks.
