Just Starting up and I need some advice

Im getting ready to go into business, me and my buddy are going in together to get this thing going and I need some advice. I see some of you guys have LLC's and others im assuming partnerships...which is better in my case? Basically it's just lawn service no true landscaping yet.

You like to keep your friends. Don't start a business together or let them work for you. Unless you know they are a productive worker and don't mind being told what to do. But they are few and far...

The LLC will give you protection. Don't set up just as a partnership that will leave you liable for things.
