keeping the decks clean

what works best to keep the desks clean longer. Mine gets clogged very fast. Anyone use pam? Any info?

Clogged decks

Pam SUCKS! I use MO-DECK you can get it at mo-deck.com its about $7.00 a can but works great for me before i started using that i was cleaning my deck on every yard, now i clean it about once every week as im changing blades

I use the old motor oil that I drain out of the mowers mixed 50% with mineral spirits. I scrape the decks pretty good first then spray it on with an old 2 gallon sprayer. Then I let them set overnight.
The more I do it the easier they are to clean. I'm treating them about once a week now. It really has cut down on the amout the decks rust underneath.
