Value of a Honda 4518?

Does anyone have a good idea of how much a Honda 4518 riding mower is worth?

Here's the specs:

46" deck w/ 3-bag grass catcher
18HP OHC Honda
Hydrostat

Recently replaced blade clutch, deck idler pulleys, belts, oil has always been changed frequently and everything else has been extremely well maintained.

This was not a commercially used mower so in total it maybe has 500-600 hours on it. It belongs to a neighbor that would cut his grass about once a week in the cutting season at about 3 hours per mow.

I was thinking around the $1,800 range, but I know a lot of people will think they can go to Lowes or Home Depot and get something brand new for close to that. Granted the motor on this is leaps and bounds smoother, quieter, and longer lasting than those, most people don't see that. The grass catcher has a fan on it and doesn't plug up like the direct shot baggers you get on those Home Depot tractors.

You could probably get it for around $1250 or so, I just bought my 4514 for $350, in good running condition. It only needs a tensioner knob, a tune up, some touch up paint, a seat cover, and foot mats.

I have a 4518 that is sitting in my driveway. Needs a deck belt, ignition module, a hole in the deck repaired and a new seat (aesthetics). Engine, hydro, tires and sheet metal are good. I will probabaly take $200.00 for it as a parts tractor or sell parts on Ebay. Using a w/b mower now.
