My Plumb Tite will do that also. I even use it that way on controller conduit instead of trying to remember to pick up Carlon clear cement.

Well honey I been doing it for a long long time in my area and I ain't no Jackleg contractor. You won't be finding any leaks in my systems, wanna come up an I'll be glad to show you pipe I glued ten tears ago under high constant pressure that way still strong.
