Need suggestions, how to define!

my website is almost done, the last piece of the puzzle is the services part. For that there will be a description of each one. Could you guys give suggestions on ways to basically define each of these on my site:

1) Lawn Maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing) basically a weekly service
2) Spring/Fall Cleanups
3) Landscape Maintenance
4) Not the site for it but w/e- Snowblowing/Plowing

I know what each of these are and have my own ways of describing each, but i am not a professional company and personally i have a hard time putting my thoughts into words that are easily understandable. Thanks for some suggestions.

1) Lawn Maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing) basically a weekly service - self explanatory

2) Spring/Fall Cleanups - Cleanup leaves, sticks - general yard debris

3) Landscape Maintenance - Trim overgrown hedges. remove jungle of weeds and vines most homeowners have in the flowerbeds.

4) Not the site for it but w/e- Snowblowing/Plowing - Snow Removal

everything you listed will mean something differnt to each contractor. Lawn maintence could be mow trim and blow or could include fert apps aeration etc.
Same with Clean Ups

May I suggest:

1) Lawn Maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing), a weekly service.

3) Landscape Maintenance - Trim hedges, remove weeds out of flowerbeds, control jungle vines.

4) (Working Link TO the site)- Snowblowing/Plowing - Snow Removal
A link is easy, watch:
<a href="http://www.thesitedomain.com/">Title of Site</a>

And while you're at it, be as professional as you can anyway...
What I mean is being professional is done in many ways, so be professional in all the ways you can be!
Doesn't matter if you're not, the ad / site helps you look that way, and it's one more way to be like that.
I speak from my own experience.
