Scagg Walker Slips out of Gear

I have a 5 yr old Scagg which slips out of 2nd and 3rd gear completely and jerks in/ou of gear in 1st and 4th. I adjusted the hand grips clutches. The tramission seems to work fine when the have the cluctch in so is there an adjustment I need to make?

On the back of the trans. just below the shifter you will see a boss with a allen set screw in it, Adjust the set screw in a half turn at a time and see if this helps this is the shift detent. If this doesn't, It sounds like the shift keys and or matting surface on the inside of the gears are worn and in need of replacement. sometimes one can get by with just replacing the keys.
