There is a breathable t shirt called dry release cotton. Their about $6 extra a shirt, but well worth it. If you want, I can help with a logo. PM me if you want a little help. I also work closely with 4 different printing firms (not shops).

I try to get cards out of the truck BUT-- My wife had a bunch of the "Leather" card holders made up for her company and I grabbed a few of them, They keep the cards dry no matter how bad I sweat. I was surprised how well they worked

As far as shirts. They were all light gray (ASH) which match our letterhead and trucks. with an embroidered logo on the breast. $9 each form a local guy.
I gave each guy 12 which worked out to 3 a day. (above 100* it did not matter any more)
