I know he explained where to put I think, but do you put over every last inch of the mower? (underneath deck, engine, tires)

Fluid Film is safe to use on all metal parts. The easiest way to get all the information you need is to visit our website. We have technical bulletins and MSDS sheets readily available off the web.
