How much would you charge?

How much would you all charge for dethatching a 9,300 square foot lot that has around 7,000 square feet of turf it costs us $12.00 dollars an hour to rent minuimum 2 hours usually it takes me 2-3 hrs do dethatch a lawn this size. The few times I have done it. We where thinking around $150.00 what do you all think. To high to low. W hat would you charge for similar job?

All replies greatly appreciated.

Well it is and it isn't we try to incorporate the dump fee in the price most people don't like the idea of the dump fee.

So koopers does it sound like a reasonable price or not.

What would you guys do if you were asked to cut off a tree limb and your workers cut off much more than the client and you discussed... and was upset? You can't replace it...how do come back from that?

I took core, turf and ornamental, and right of way. Alot of it was common sense. I am pretty sure I passed the core, The right of way and turf and ornamental I am iffy about. I never studied on the right of way at all.
