Mark,
Seriously make me a believer, lets see some before and afters, i know you have afters but i don't recall ever seeing a good close up before that matches a good close up after. That would be a good start, lets see how the owner of the company makes the product work.
Here is some photos for a start.

As you can see we do not kill like a normal chemical product. It is slower and different. This is why we need to be in good communication as you are in the season. If problems exist I need photos and a phone call so we can assist and advise properly.

Being the devil's advocate here:

Those are the same photos I have seen for the past three years. Do you have new ones? More?

The large photos from far away I can't even tell what I'm supposed to be looking at.

I see some grass that has been browned by the product maybe?

Again, I want to state I love that your company is trying to come up with a solid selective natural weed control, but I am just not impressed. I also would like to be proved wrong though. I would love to see those type of results. I have talked with another owner that was doing organic lawn care for 10 years plus and he had the same poor results.

Can you PM 4-5 of your companies in Minnesota that use it so I can talk with them?

Thanks

Hi Pro Lawn,

The topic is results. The results are VERY BAD.

I don't want my fellow Lawn Care Professionals to be BS tted, as I was.

I still have not heard back on a 50% refund to split the loss AND, I STILL would NEVER use this product again.

My Professional "Opinion" is Terrable Results for me. Anyways.

Pete

My last line ended "My Professional "Opinion" is Terrible Results for me.

I Did not type the word anyways, at the end of that sentence.

Where did it come from???

Someone is Manipulating my words, making me look like I have an Attitude, which I do not.

Shame someone can misuse their power on this site.

Mark, I don't want to beat a dead horse here, but you stress communication, and that part is definitely lacking on your end. The people answering the phones don't know much at all about your products, and call backs from messages on your cell phone are not often returned. I seem to have had better results than some on here (and I believe livingsoils has had good results), but the customer service is lacking. I know you're a very busy guy, but the people answering the phones should know a little about the product.

There you go!!!

Always , know what the buzz is b4 you sell it to the public.
2 much is chicanery in the business. ..."Oh , no, I'm not doing this for money!?!! I'm doing this to help your lawn."

The list of BS to the customer , continues to grow.

I think the Blue Ocean of the business is growing healthy turf for customers and being honest with them.
Of course, being Honest means, you need to know for yourself - what is real and what is the suckers' game.

When I make a failed claim I put things right, for free. Never let them regret trusting you...
