Unbelievable Yard...you have to see

As I was driving through a neighborhood today I saw a yard that was dead. It was very very brown.

No biggie... until I saw the fertilizer sign next to the mailbox. I just had to share the pictures.

The first is the yard in its entirety.

The following are the yard as contrasted to the next door neighbor's green yard.

Sorry, for the grainy pics. It was taken with my phone.

I can't help it. I have to post the sign.

I am not looking to slam the company name. But, look what is written on there.

What idiot would put the sign in the yard when it looks like that.

Yea, the dead/live line is pretty distinct... it looks intentional.
Or... that chem co burned it, and the homeowner is keeping that sign up to warn others. But even then, the line is still to distinct to be an accident... there would be overspray and a more gradual death line, right?

Looks like an intentional kill for seeding to me. And a rather good kill job, I must say.
