A Class C contractor works on single contracts for $1,000 or more but less than $7,500 or contracts totaling less than $150,000 over a one-year period.

Keep your single contracts under $1000 and you don't have to worry about the class C unless you make over $150,000 a year

i dont have a license.... down here it means nothing just for a lawn service. all i did was file with the state to get my employer identification number. the license by itself is only like $1. just some info for you.... probably different where you live though.
