Steering Dampers

Has anyone found a cheaper place to get these for your Z's. Last I checked they were like $30 each.Yes to me thats alittle high in price.

30 is pretty good. I looked some up for one of my customers...I wanna say they were either 50 or 100. Might have been 100 for a pair...I forget. Kinda absurd for hood/trunk strut if you ask me.

How often do you guys find them going bad? Just curious...

mine went bad after a couple years. Also they are far from hood/truck struts. They compression ratio is alot different. I know I worked for a auto parts place and tried many of them.

I had one break on a Super Mini and removed the other. After a short time me and my crew actually prefered not having the dampners on at all.

yes but do you know how much harder it is on the hydros??? they put them on so they hydro system lasts longer
