Fluid film on snowplows...

What do you think of coating the mold board with fluid film? Will the snow just wipe it off? Anybody try this?

All last winter, after each plowing(very few last year)Mine got power washed, let dry then bathed in fluid film. The whole thing, not just the mold board. Front, back, pistons too.Works great!

Just got my sample the other day.I was testing it on my plow and when I sprayed it on any rust it would bubble, but on the cylinder it just covered it with a "Fluid Film"
I'll check the JD dealer and see if they carry it and try it this winter.

Yes it works on the plow, however, you will notice dirt sticking to it also, so your plow won't be all pretty looking, it will however be keeping the rust at bay and the snow doesn't stick as much.

Thanks again for the Tee Dan, but my wife keeps taking it from me
