Do you need a 60" walk??? If you do, try and demo a Ultracut deck first. I know you will love the Controls.

I have had great luck with my Ferris walk-behinds, 36",48" both hydros. Fit-finish and quality of cut is great. Both are 4-5 yrs old and run great. I couldn`t do without the 36" for gated yards. They make a 52" dual hydro thats awsome, great on hills, plenty of power. Demo the one that`ll fit your needs. Most commerical dealers will work with you on demos.

Once you get behind an Exmark Hydro you wont want anything else. Belts are for pants not walkbehinds.
