Make one for an Exmark Turf Tracer HP and I will buy it.
Also, are they water tight? Is it ok for the rain to soak 'em? |

The original that I have had on my John Deere 727A has been on for 3 full years. It has sat out in the rain and sun all season long every year and nothing has failed, rusted or broken. This year I even hit a post with it partially down and bent it at a right angle about half way back. I stopped and straightened it out and went on my way. No broken welds.
It started out as something I wanted for my own use and then a couple other LCO's spotted it and wanted to know where I got it so I made a few for them and it has blossumed from there. I stand behind it and every one I make completely from normal use for as long as you own it. A lifetime motor warranty and no welds will break. There is no big corporation behind this project. I have a small fabrication shop and I make them myself and sell them and stand behind them. |

I have 2 masterchutes on my turf tracers and the motors are lasting less than 90 days. If you will warrant your motors and/or are having better results I am interested in purchasing 2 or 3 of them.

You may consider (if you want continuous use) is buying a spare motor. Any motor failures need to be sent back to me and (within 3 weeks and confirming the motor failed thru normal use) I return to you a new motor with just the cost to you to cover shipping. Unless you won't mind being without the unit for a few weeks. I have complete faith in the motors, I'm just passing along something to think about.

Thanks for the quick response. The problem I seem to be having is that the worm gear gets stripped inside the motor and then it will not lift the flap. How soon before you have the exmark models for walk behinds?

Exmark is my next design 'quest'. I'd say in the next few months for sure.

By the way, I will be at the Lawn Expo in Louisville in Booth 3875 with working models and a few John Deere and Dixie Chopper models for sale. Other than that I'll be taking orders for unit production as soon as I get back from the Expo.
