Sounds like Matt could have been a little more customer freindly, your customer pays Matt's paycheck. My guy might have done the same, depends on his mood, sometimes he goes out of his way to please the customers sometimes he rude and vulgar like Matt.

I agree and understand with what Matt did, even though could have been worded a little nicer. If its something that only takes me a few mintues and not a everytime thing would probably do it. Im not in NO position to tick anyone off right now.

So much of this post is the same for me it saves me some typing.
I will just add it , I am sure is a different situation for you and Matt then for me. I mow mostly barnyards and if I went around every mole hill or clump of dirt ....well it just wouldn't work for me so my Dixie and I just mow over it and I just except the fact that I will have to sharpen my blades more because of it.
