arbs fading in one area

in this row of arbs, this one section is thinning pretty bad. there was some slight erosion that will be replaced tomorrow (truck is bring 5 yds. soil), but what type of fertilizer treatment do you recommend, if any? it gets good sun where it is also.

It looks to me maybe "Tip Blight" yon need too use a good fungus control.
NOT what you can get a Home Depot, but at Lesco or someplace like that.
Hit it once and hit it again in 14 days. I would charge at least $165.00 for both apts.
hope that helps...

Need better pics. Looks like only those 4-5 arbies are stressed but the others are fine. Take pics of the transition zone, the areas between healthy and stressed tissue. Looks like they have been in decline for a year or two. Might be a water runoff problem from either your customer or the neighbor. Need better pics.
