Aerating and reseeding just after seeding

I am trying to establish a new lawn in Central VA. I seeded and most is coming up (2" height or so now) about three weeks ago. We had some big rainfall last weekend I had some wash. I see several bald spots and I was wandering should I aerate and seed these areas again now or should I wait until the growing grass becomes more mature? I don't want to destroy what I have fixing the bald areas too early.

I don't think I'd aerate just yet. Relevel the washed spots, reseed and if these big rainfalls are common to your area this time of year, maybe put down some mesh or straw to help hold the soil till the grass gets established.

Price fairly but price to stay in business.

You can't charge extra because it takes you twice as long to do the job because you have crappy or outmoded equipment.

And, if they don't pay, put a shovel upside their head.
