It will all work out! I watched a documentary on fishing and they said that a hurricane would bust up all the boats in the harbor, and than 1 guy would start catching all the fish needed to feed everybody. I think I remember it having something to do with a box of chocolates

If you can raise fish in fish farms, you can increase the numbers and not have to worry about a bad day of fishing. Farm raised catfish is hugely popular.

They are also building massive ocean-going fish habitats that will give fish protection from preditors and allow them to increase breeding activity.
