I agree, the partners thing stinks, but I'm using a 17" monitor with the 1024x768 setting as well. everything "fits" on my screen and my fonts are large enough for me to read fine but I still don't like the big blank over there... I saw that Sean did say that the partners link IS going to have something else in it other than what's there now in another thread... But still.. I'd rather have it at the TOP pushing the screen down than on the side bothering everyone.

I'm sure a few advertisers paid big bucks for this to happen...

I'm thinking of filing a mental anguish suit for the time I spent trying to fix my monitor until I stumbled onto this thread.

I'm 1680 x 1050 using a wide screen, have no scrolling issues but I have to keep my favorites closed now to have no issues, normally this would bother me but I'm now using E7 and it lets me use tabs that I can bounce back and forth with now so, no problems.

the big open nothingness is a tad annoying though

Ive never been in this forum before but that side thing bothered me enough to come find this thread. Even if it was across the top that would be better then on the side.

Cheers
Jeff

Ha! I am just thankful I am not the only one having to slide the screens around.

Annoying - aint it?
