How to keep it all going.

Hello everyone,
I've been trying to figure out a good methed of keeping school and my buisness from interfearing with eachother. I know that there are alot of you out there who can keep it all together and really be succesful. I really wish I could get all A's and keep my buisness running at an all time high. Next season I want to try and get whatever I can and if I get enough accounts purchase a new ZTR. I just cant justify doing any of this until I get my school stuff all sorted out. I just thought I would see what some of the other teen's on here do. OR what some of you experts of the trade did when you were young and stupid like me. I tried telling myself that if I get all A's I can get a Super Z next season but it just isn't motivation enough.

They sell new Zs every day and will for many years to come. It is almost impossible to do well at both things. You are a kid, do good at school, enjoy a kids life. You have over 40 years after school to prove how great a business man you are.

pm said it well, i am also in school, i arranged to have all my courses in the morning, and then work all afternoon. one other thing you dont need to get all A's to be successful, just work on getting the diploma.

A's don't mean you will be successful. Its a good goal but doesn't really mean much.

My grades have suffered from being in this business. I think I am learning more important "lessons" though...

I am in my second year of highschool. In the last year, I have basically bought a comeplete new lineup of equipment. In years past, i was doing 4-6 weekly accts. This year I am basically doing ten, plus a lot of aerating in september, and am real busy doing cleanups now. My grades have actually went UP this year vs. last year, have 3.75 GPA for the first trimester (4 As and a B). Of course last year I was taking honors classes, but not this year. I am kinda going to "easy mode" for school, and I do basically NO homework, as I get it all done in class.

Just remember... a D- is still passing, you dont NEED As unless you plan to go to some fancy college.

Yes a D- is passing and I've always told myself that but my parents think that I need B's or better in every class. I also cannot get a cell phone until I have all B's or better. So the buisness suffer's becuse of my grades! I know I have all my life to prove that I have a great buisness. I see it that I am under 18 and if I can make some money and get some equipment before the goverment takes all my money I should. I think the younger I start and become succsesfull the less painful the mistakes are.
