redmax warranty
i have a redmax 2400 weedeater that has a stuck ring and therefore messed up the cylinder also. the redmax tech guy looked at it and is putting the blame on me. he is saying it looks to him like a fuel oil mixture problem and i believe they are trying to get out of any warranty repair. i have been mixing gas and oil for 20+ years and have never had any kind of problem like that. i am the only person that mixes the two-cycle gas and none of my other equipment is having any sort of problems. the weedeater is into its second season and has give me some problems in the past. i am not really worried about a weedeater but i do not like being blamed for something that i did not do. for what its worth i like the dealer. how should i handle this?.....
