Scag Turf tiger (25hp)/sthm(22hp)

With appropriate care what should I consider, in hours, the "life expectancy" of these mowers?

I have a 1999 Sthm about 600hrs. Replaced air filter with an
Enginaire precleaner helps keep the engine cleaner, also installed a
baffle from Husq rider and a turbo baffle from scag to get more performance from the deck without buying a new deck or a Turf Tiger.
There are things the sthm will do that the turf tiger will not.
Trim under trees, change weight transfer by lifting deck. mow straight
backwards to blow leaves.Sit lower, hnad and foot controls vs hand only .

boba, take good care of them and you should get 2,500 to 3,000 hrs. out of those engines. then you can always repower!
Good Luck!
