The Bambino has to go..

Time to trade the Bambino. Or should we wait and see if he's going to try and sell us some used donkeys from South America?

You are correct. The bambino signed up here to spam the board. I removed him before he got a chance. Thanks,

Viagra-cialis is the newest member. If only there was a way to restrict certain names from signing on as members.

that is a very good idea, and one that I thought of awhile ago, because I have seen that done on other sites. I guess the only drawback would be that a legitimate good member would be restricted from posting right away if a moderator was not readily available to review their account. but it's definitely something that we should think about. all sites are being bombarded by this spam, so I know it's just not happening here.

Jodi,

Once your site gets in their database of forums, they have programs that constantly send out spam messages. Maybe the best bet is to deny registration based on the domain of the email addresses they use to sign up with. If you review their email addresses, you may find many of them to share a similar domain.
