Not only hourly...but a price per yard/ton whatever to be removed. That one brush pile next to herbie is rather large. Then all those little sticks will add up. If you give a flat price on this one the owner might expect you to clean up the wooded areas as well.

IF you do decide to go with a flat price I would take pictures of EVERY place you intend to work and circle what areas will be 'cleaned up' and what it includes doesn't include.

I would think for something like this I would say $65 per man per hour plus another 25-35 per yard removal. I dunno making some assumptions I would say two-three people half a day and three-four yards removal. I would say a minimum $200 labor charge and minimum $100 removal charge. If I were to place a flat bid (customer may request it) I would estimate about 850-1000
