Record keeping in Virginia

This will be the first year pesticide application records will be required in Virginia. My software will only track some of the info required. We don't have to provide the customer with this info, just keep it available for inspection. Does anyone have a form or a system to make it simple for the techs to comply? Thanks in advance!
