What's Your Favorite Site?

With the popularity of commercial sites in our industry booming, it is hard to find quality sites from just another template some kid used. I wanted to have some opinions on what's your favorite site and what elements of that site contribute to your decision?

I'll start. I like www.americanbeautylandscaping.com because of the flash work, but it is impossible to find on a search engine because of that.
