Office phone question

I have started two divisions within our business. I have two different business phones numbers. I have remote call forwarding for one business with a distinct ring so I know what business name to answer the phone with. They both ring on one phone. My question is does anyone know of a answer machine that can handle this? It is going to need to be able tell the two rings apart and be able to give two different greetings. We do not have voice mail offered in our area and I have too many phone lines already in our office so if I could make this work it would solve alot of problems. Hope somebody can help.

Well, I don't know for sure, but I would think that if you can get a phone that handles multiple lines like your does, but with a digital answering machine as part of the phone, you'd be able to make it work.

Otherwise, I'm not sure.

Quickest way to find out is to call the phone company.

Just a thought but if you use your PC at all

there is this Ring Central Command Program (I utilize)
Ring Central Command

also
this Canadian Program Communicate2000-01 (was too complex for me though)
