Well, it just survived a tornado so I would say it will never go anywhere. Built on a 19,000 lb reinforced concrete footing and is built in full masonry. Many stones are pinned and epoxyed on top of that. I have climbed all over this thing from top to bottom and not a stone has moved. And like I say....it survived a full blown tornado!

Not sure what the decisions will be from here. Probably a combination of work that I would assume would involve some sort of turf. There's literally a couple months work just to get back to a clean slate so we can start over. Sooooo depressing after all that work for the last 10 months.

i think in the end it could be a good thing that nature did its work, I personally thought it was crazy to have such a nice house, and such a nice hardscape and waterfront without ANY lawn. maybe they can create some nice lawn areas now to inhance the rest of the property.

Yup, have no intentions on loosing that account, the produce alot of work, and keeps me in that area, helps my exposure up there.
