Anyone else losing customers? I have lost a few customers this season some stupid reasons a few taking it over themselves. I have left on a good note with all of them but it seems like since we had the drought like conditions people think the grass is done growing for the year. Oh well this season has been great and i picked up a lot of great customers.

yup, two people who spend $5k and $10k with me last year decided they want to do the work themselves now
