Acreage Pricing in the South Texas

In the area where I live there seem to be a lot of acreage homes... usually between 3 and 5 acres worth of land with Pines here and there. If I'm bidding on a every 2 week mow on a 4 acre plot of flat land with about 10 to 15 percent of Pine what am I competitive at per acre? 75 bucks or so?
