This year I planned on just mowing and mulch, but was just given
a 30 unit condo complex (decks)....I never really considered it,,,but it looks like I am going into the Power washing buisness In my area, 12x12 deck ,,Power wash,,1 coat of sealer = 1000.00,,they supply the sealer

Lots of liability ,water damage ,mold etc Extra $1000 insurance from my research, plus thats why others don't do it. hot water ,steam seems like the equipment that will clean the best ,northern tool ?
