Has anyone ever had the problem of an employee stealing your work or a sales rep stealing your work? How would you stop somehing like that from happening?

Have them sign a no-compete contract.

Yeah a no compete clause is the way to go.

fire the problem employee and make sure you get a no compete contract signed from now on
