I hope everyone is havin a good spring so far.Starting to really get busy with the mulch jobs and mowing.I have one question for you guys.I am doing this mulch job for one of my customers and he wants me to edge his beds for him. There are alot of beds to do.I dont have a bed edger have always done edging with a flat shovel but am worried this will take to long to do this that way. What would you do.I have a helper helping me with this job.

thanks

cks, I would go to your local rental place and rent your self a bed edger. It will cut the time in half and the edges will look 100 times better, imo. Couldnt be more than 40 dollars per day to rent one. You edge, and your helper follows right behind cleaning up the edgings.

I too have busier than all get out up here. Calling for rain during the week so instead of cutting I might be throwing mulch down. Temps are about 80 here today so Monday is going to be interesting to see how the yards have grown.

Here are a few pics of a lawn install I did last year in October, I just gotta finish the rest up. He wants some retaining walls put in, plants, mulch, etc. I also put in a full irrigation system as well!! I am so proud of this lawn, all 100% pure lush Kentucky bluegrass.
