The Federal law governing this is called "Private Express Statues". What WheelZ51 posted is right on the money.

Wheelz, Thank you for posting that. Also, thanks to ATV for your input. I don't know how some people can go on arguing about something they know nothing about. I don't care WHAT they doesn't make it anymore not illegal. This has been discussed before to great length, as there was someone on here that was related to an actual postmaster that posted this before, as well.

Thank you, Dad - for always being the dad that you were. You truly are my hero. You always were.

seriously dude as long as you put a lead in your foot when your done you should be fine this will help get rid of any excess deposites in your injecotors or catalytic converter. as for your brakes as long as your going slow and not ridding them your fine. If i was to do something like this i would drop down to d1 and just put along but im going to use a mountain bike and go to the front door and hopefully take the time to meet people and give them an on the spot quote with my flyer. understanding your situation and your "shock and awe" mass paper box lawn mower campain dont worry about it just try not to knock off to many mirrors.

To answer the question, yes, it is.

Take it nice and easy, and keep an eye on your gauges, especially the temp.

No doubt, that's what I been doing! Save the car, and build up the body!
