Why would you need air bags? Your truck looks fine from what I can see. Even with the plow on it, it doesn't sag a noticeable amount.

The front does drop at least 3 inches when i raise the plow and in the summer the front is lower than the back. I know i want to do something but i just dont know what.

Get the timbrens for your truck, that will help with the sagging from the plow, but you dont loose any of the ride in your truck.

The Dealer where I got my plow cranks up the torque bars on the front to help keep the truck from dropping with the blade up. It also helps give the level look in the summer mounths. I have a 04 2500HD crew cab and I just left my T bars at factory setting.
