Some days it's pretty tough with very little to no sleep, but it's fun though.
That's pretty busy, but check out my station stats

Squad-5430 (2005 total runs)
Ambulance-3855 (2005 total runs)
Engine-2335 (2005 total runs)

I am usually on the squad and some times in a 24hr shift I only see the station once or twice, and only for a few minutes. The crazy thing about it is my station isn't the busiest in the city. ( I think we are 2nd or 3rd). Sleep? what's that lol. I like it though. Never know what you will find. Although the following day it is hard to go mow lawns!

We work 24 on 48 off in Tyler, Tx. and I manage about 25 accounts by myself. Not too much and not too little. Still gives me a little time of to have fun.

Active duty Navy here (18 years). Employed at the BRIG here at NAS Jacksonville FL. This is my second season in the business. Business is good! Irrigation gets me to my weekly quota. Pressure washing is "so so".

I have two more weeks of EMT school and then next semester is paramedic school. Get hired at a department and then go to fire school.

I'm just starting my business up as a professional organization and I hope to be able to keep it as my second job through the rest of my FF career.
