What did you use to even and regrade the yard before you started? Also, how much do hydro systems like that run price wise and and how quickly do they empty?

You won't see anyone seeding in Northern Ohio til probably early may. Makes you realize the season is finally here though.

we did not do the final on the yard all we did was seed, almost 19000 sqft 3 tank loads. we did not have a good water supply nearby so took us alot longer 4.5 hours for total time

That was a rental but 24k we own a larger one reinco 1200 gallon that finn is a 750, maybe looking at getting one that size, the 1200 is a bit large for our current needs plus its a skid mount.
