I think that the lawn needs a little more attention, its pretty spoty the way I see it but looks like a nice place other than that.

They really need a landscape renovation. I would yank all the lariope out and most of the shrubs... it all looks to crowded and it just doesn't flow. The lariope border grass fad is out. That varigated lariope definately needs to be transplanted somwhere else. Looks like a nice camelia though.

How much did you charge them?

these people were real picky, i jus put the mulch down, trimmed back the ginger and ran the mower over it! took about an hour. GUy gave me $400. People with too much money!
